Description
Gîte with its private swimming pool, with a surface area of 80 m², natural air conditioning, nestled in the heart of our historic 18th century estate, spread over 4 hectares. Surrounded by chestnut trees, olive trees and lime trees, this place invites you to immerse yourself in the stories that have shaped the soul of Ardèche.
Access to the estate is easy via a 0.5 km road. To reach the gîte, take a charming 30-metre calade which will take you to your oasis of tranquility.
As soon as you cross the threshold, our gîte on the ground floor offers you a warm welcome with its vaulted living room, you will also find natural air conditioning (a very pleasant summer freshness thanks to the thickness of the old walls). The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room.
From the night hall, you access two bedrooms, a modern shower room and separate toilets.
Nearby, a multitude of sporting and cultural activities await you to enrich your stay. Clean and calm animals are welcome.
